We want you to be fully satisfied with your J.Lindeberg purchase. If for any reason you are not content, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return form inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return.
